What do I do if I think I'm having a flare?
If you think you may be having a flare, understanding what is happening and knowing when to seek support can help you make sense of symptoms and decide what feels right for you. Recognising changes early can make conversations about your care clearer and more productive.
"As I’ve become more familiar with my symptoms, I’ve learned not to be afraid to speak up if something doesn’t seem right. If a treatment hasn’t worked for me before, or doesn’t fit with my circumstances, I’ll raise that with my medical team. Understanding my own reactions has helped me have more positive and productive conversations about my care."
